Manga Giveaway: Juné Manga Giveaway Winner

FlutterAnd the winner of the Juné Manga Giveaway is…Muteee!

As the winner, Muteee will be receiving a copy of Flutter by Momoko Tenzen as published by Juné, one of Digital Manga’s boys’ love and yaoi imprints. Because it was June and the wordplay amused me, I decided to hold a Juné giveaway, asking those who were participating to tell me a little about their favorite Juné manga (if they had one). After ten years of publishing and over four hundred volumes of manga and novels, there are quite a few Juné titles to choose from. Because I enjoy making lists, I’ve gathered everyone’s responses (and added a few additional favorites of my own) below. Check out the giveaway comments if you want all the details, though!

  1. I’m surprised that no-one mentioned the Finder series; I thought that was super-popular. Personally I can never pick just one favorite of anything; it’s like “I like this but I also like that, how do I choooose??” Several of my favorites are on the list, but I’d also put in a bid for No-One Loves Me by Yugi Yamada, Only Serious About You by Kai Asou and About Love by Narise Konohara and Tomo Ootake.

I know! Picking favorites is so haaaaaard!

I actually almost added No One Loves Me to the list; I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite Yugi Yamada manga. Or at least one of them. About Love is wonderful, too.

Now that you mention it, it is a little surprising that Finder didn’t get any votes. There was a ton of excitement when it was licensed. Granted, this was a very small sample of readers. The title that was mentioned most frequently was The Tyrant Falls in Love.
